The platform and its sellers
Guilb'Air sells its own products and presents those of independent developers who are members of its team. Here is who sells what, and how products are presented (article L111-7 of the French Consumer Code).

Who runs the site
guilbair.fr and Guilb'Air App are run by Corentin Guilbert, sole trader (Guilb'Air Radio Stream, SIREN 841 191 125). See the legal notice.
Who sells each product
- Guilb'Air products
- Sold by Guilb'Air (Corentin Guilbert, sole trader).
- Team products
- Sold by the developer shown ("Sold by …, via Guilb'Air"), an independent professional bound to Guilb'Air by contract. They set their price, receive the payment directly in their Stripe account and provide after-sales support for their product.
- Your rights
- All sellers are professionals: your consumer rights (notably the legal guarantee of conformity) apply to every purchase and are exercised with the product's seller.
What Guilb'Air receives
On sales by team developers, Guilb'Air receives no commission or payment of any kind: the money goes straight to the developer. Guilb'Air hosts and presents the product, and delivers the licence and download on their behalf.
No seller pays to be ranked higher.
How products are ranked
Guilb'Air's products and those of team developers are presented in the same galleries, the same carousel and by the same criteria. Some of Guilb'Air's historical products have a presentation page of their own.
- Payware and Freeware galleries: available products first, then upcoming ones; within each group, the order is set by Guilb'Air.
- Filters: by simulator and by availability, as the visitor chooses.
- Home carousel: the most recently published products first, then the order set by Guilb'Air; a scheduled or live YouTube stream may come first.
- If you have chosen a preferred simulator in your space, its products come first, without hiding anything.
Reviews
The site does not publish customer reviews. A page may quote an article from the specialist press, presented as such with its source.
